Chef Paulo Runa, born in Lisbon, developed a passion for sharing traditional Portuguese dishes with friends at a young age. Thanks to the tips and recipes from his mother, an experienced cook, he began to build a reputation for his culinary skills. Since 2007, he has managed and coordinated the kitchen at Sabores da Ria.

Sabores da Ria is a lovely family-run restaurant with great food and very good prices. It’s a great place for drinks and delicious food. The staff is extremely courteous and super helpful.

This restaurant, recommended by a friend, has a lovely balcony with a refreshing breeze (though limited seating), friendly service, good food, good wine, and good prices. Definitely recommend! 😀

Tip for the manager: If the restaurant is fully booked, consider hiring an extra staff member for service, as the current team works very hard.
