Following the passing of Joselia's husband last year, she and her son have committed themselves to continuing his life's work. Joselia oversees the wait staff while Simao takes charge of the kitchen. The restaurant itself is adorned with photos of Joselia's late husband, and the walls are adorned with drawings of their grandchildren, a source of immense pride for Joselia.
