Restaurante Hexagone is somewhat hidden in Vilapark Presa da Moura, Estômbar.

The female chef can cook wonderfully! Delicious flavours!

The restaurant exists 10 years, and is located between Lagoa, Carvoeiro and Ferragudo, a view hunderd meters from Michelin star restaurant Bonbon.

The restaurant is even a bit reminiscent of BonBon, with the round restaurant and the large wine cabinet.

Everything looks neat here, but it just lacks the luxurious look like BonBon. The covered terrace has 7 tables, inside there are about 20.

The service is super friendly and attentive, but a bit rushed. It is probably due to the vacancy for service that has been open for a long time.

Main courses from 12-36 euros.

There are 4 vegan options.

I start with a nice glass of white wine, and a place setting with delicious bread and an amuse-bouche of mushrooms.

This is followed by a delicious fresh beetroot tartare with apple and cashew nuts. (8.80)

As a main course a delicious auberge pie, with a fresh curry sauce. DELICIOUS! (15 euro)

For dessert I have the Algarve orange roll with carob crumble. (7.50)

The female chef can cook wonderfully! Delicious flavours! But the layout is a bit simple with a little lettuce. If a little more attention is paid to that, I will give an even better rating next time.

The same applies to the operation. They are doing well, but a 3rd person must be added when the terrace is full.

I had a delicious meal, for a fair price, and the service was very nice.
