Phil and Anja Burks, a British-German couple sharing a passion for photography, began their journey with In The Pink in 2022. After years of collecting and involvement in the art world, they decided to deepen their expertise while giving back to the Portuguese community.

This vision led to the creation of their first gallery in a beautifully restored Art Deco building in Loulé’s historic center. The “pink palacete,” spanning three floors, has quickly become a home for both established and emerging photographers.
