The Paper Moon, is a beautiful top Italian restaurant, and is located 9 minutes below Guia and 12 minutes from Albufera . It is located on ^the 4th floor of the luxurious W design hotel. A hidden gem!

High quality Italian restaurant, relatively low prices, fantastic meal, very attentive service, top wine, beautiful setting and decor.

From the lobby of the hotel you take the elevator to the 4 ^th floor. On the right side you will find the Paper Moon. The restaurant is very nicely decorated in white wash floor and white furniture ( Elyas call it it white sky restaurants.. ). The beautiful roof terrace has a view of the ocean, and a beautiful design bar.

We are very warmly welcomed by the team. Professional as you would expect at a 5 star hotel.

Prices are low for the quality offered. A pizza from 12 euros and a pasta from 16 euros.

The wines are less cheap. That starts at 30 euros, but you can also opt for a bottle of 2000 euros…

After the delicious wine (Vale Escadas ) has been poured (perhaps the best wine I've ever drunk, specially made for W-Algarve hotel), we get a basket of bread (really super tasty bread) and a delicious gluten-free sandwich for Elyas . Then the gaspacho (8 euros) served. The best I've had too!

Then we choose the pasta napolitane (gluten-free) and the veggie pizza. Both are very tasty, just as it should be. Enjoy! And finally a fresh rasberry gelati and an espresso.

Restaurant manager Giuseppe di Bari and chef Nuno can be proud of what they have achieved together with their great team. There are now 8 Paper Moon restaurants worldwide, and the 9th will soon ^open in London.
