New energy at Conrad Algarve: gym & spa renewed

After the stunning makeover of the bar – now rightly called The Nest – the Conrad Hotel in Almancil has taken it one step further. Today, it was the gym’s turn. All machines have been replaced with modern, high-end equipment that lets you get the most out of every workout.

The atmosphere is still typically Conrad: stylish, fresh, and full of attention to detail. Yet it feels more dynamic and energizing than ever.

I’m here almost every afternoon. An hour of sweating between reviews helps me stay in shape (or at least keep up the illusion, haha).

And the reward is always waiting: the spa with its sauna, Turkish bath, and jacuzzi.

Honestly, with such a magical view, training feels more like a treat than a duty….
