The We’re Smart Awards are known as the “Vegetable Michelin” of the culinary world. Each year, the organisation awards one to five radishes to restaurants that put vegetables and fruit center stage.
A restaurant with one radish is considered “in development,” while five radishes represent the absolute pinnacle — creative chefs who elevate vegetables to art.

Alongside the radish ratings, We’re Smart also publishes an annual Top 100 list of the world’s best vegetable restaurants. These don’t have to be vegetarian — the focus is simply on vegetables taking the lead.
