Meanwhile, Quinta do Lago, in the heart of the Algarve’s Golden Triangle, remains a magnet for millionaires seeking peace, privacy, and sunshine, along with golf, fine dining, and exclusive networking.
There’s also a noticeable rise in interest from Americans and Brazilians, who see Portugal as the ideal mix of culture, lifestyle, and opportunity.
Adding to Portugal’s growing allure, the new Vilamoura Equestrian Centre is set to place the Algarve firmly on the world’s equestrian map. From 2026, Vilamoura will host 11 weeks of elite international show jumping, including Portugal’s first five-star (CSI5) event in six years.
